Diego was full of life and relentless in what he was passionate about. He lives on by bringing awareness to the lethality of air guns. Specifically, that C02 hunting pellet guns that carry the force of a .22 rifle are not regulated. I would hope that through our efforts C02 pellet guns will be classified to be treated as powder guns and be sold at gun stores only. Anyone can be called and told their loved one is unresponsive and learn latter that a parent's credit was used online and a gun was delivered to a house away from anyone's scrutiny or supervision.

I hope that it will give you the opportunity to talk to others about reducing harm and tragedy by reclassifying CO2 guns so they can no longer be direct shipped to a home.
